2024 AHC Forum Terms and Conditions
Registration and Payment
Registrations will be finalized upon receipt of an online payment. If you are unable to make an online payment please email info@animalhealthcanada.ca to see if an alternative payment method can be accommodated.
In-person and virtual participants will receive directions on how to access the virtual Forum and recordings one week prior to the event. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that you will not share the virtual Forum link or password.
Cancellations
For cancellations received by September 17th, registration fees will be refunded minus a $75 administration fee. Cancellations received after September 17th will not be refunded, however registrations may be transferred to another person. Please email info@animalhealthcanada.ca to arrange any registration transfers.
Registrants may switch from in-person to virtual or vice versa, and AHC will apply any applicable credits and/or refunds as required, up to September 17th. Participants may choose to change their participation method one time only. Subsequent changes will be subject to a $75 administration fee. No changes may be made to the method of participation after September 18th.
Photos and Video
Please note that pictures and videos may be taken at the AHC Forum and may be posted on our website or included in promotional materials. If you see a photograph of yourself online that you do not want posted, please contact info@animalhealthcanada.ca and it will be promptly removed.
Privacy
By registering for the AHC Forum, you agree that the Forum organizers may contact you by email or telephone, to provide information related to Forum, or about other Animal Health Canada (AHC) webinars, events and opportunities. The information you provide on your registration form will be recorded in AHC’s databases and will be used for administration and promotional purposes.
The Forum organizers may also share your registration information with providers of services relating to the event (e.g., venues, hotels and virtual event managers) for purposes of fulfilling your booking or providing technical support only.
A list of all AHC Forum participants and their affiliated company/organization may be included in the Forum package and on lists of attendees.
