Dr. Jeffrey Wichtel from the Deans Council – Agriculture, Food & Veterinary Medicine joins the AHCBoard of Directors in an Associate Member position. Jeff has been Dean of the Ontario VeterinaryCollege at the University of Guelph since 2015. His research spans food animal nutrition,reproduction, and veterinary education, and he has contributed to international projects in Kenya,Haiti, Colombia, and Cameroon. He also oversees the Campbell Centre for the Study of AnimalWelfare and is committed to advancing veterinary education and One Health. Jeff replaces Dr. Marina(Nina) von Keyserlingk from the University of BC Animal Welfare. We thank her for her time anddedication the Board for the past four years.
