Registration

Registrations will be finalized upon receipt of an online registration from info@animalhealthcanada.ca.

In-person and virtual participants will receive directions on how to access the virtual Summit and recordings one week prior to the event. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that you will not share the virtual Summit link or password.

Cancellations

To cancel registration or transfer registration to another person, please email info@animalhealthcanada.ca.

Registrants may switch from in-person to virtual or vice versa. No changes may be made to the method of participation after October 5, 2026.

Photos and Video

Please note that pictures and videos may be taken at the Canadian Wild Pig Summit 2026 and may be posted on Animal Health Canada’s website or included in promotional materials. If you see a photograph of yourself online that you do not want posted, please contact info@animalhealthcanada.ca and it will be removed promptly.

Privacy

By registering for the Canadian Wild Pig Summit, you agree that the Summit organizers may contact you by email or telephone, to provide information related to the Summit, or about other Animal Health Canada webinars, events, and opportunities. The information you provide on your registration form will be recorded in Animal Health Canada’s databases and will be used for administration and promotional purposes.

The Summit organizers may also share your registration information with providers of services related to the event (e.g., venues, hotels, and virtual event managers) for purposes of fulfilling your booking or providing technical support only.

A list of all Summit participants and their affiliated company/organization may be included in the Summit package and on lists of attendees.
